Brazilian Customs/Migration at Chui

Brazilian border control. If you need a visa they are available in Chui at the consulate. Proceed to migracion (counter 1). Then go to counter 2 to present your vehicle papers. We were asked how long we planned to stay, where we were going, where we planned to exit Brazil, and the value of our vehicle. We were (after about 10mins wait) given a temporary import permit for our 90day stay. Uruguayan customs is on the far side of Chuy. Can't miss it :) the area between the two border controls is a free trade zone.
